With a choice of studio/alcove or one-bedroom apartment homes, The Heights at Parkway Place offers a maintenance-free lifestyle with home-like comfort. Every apartment home is fully featured, with a private bath and kitchenette, and designed for easy access.
A simple monthly fee assures residents a range of services, including assistance from a specially trained, respectful staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; medication supervision; three daily meals; daily personal laundry; housekeeping and scheduled transportation. Rehabilitation services are also available on-site for occupational, physical or speech therapy.
And, should skilled nursing care become necessary, it’s available on-site in The Haven at Parkway Place - a skilled nursing center – without the difficult decision of moving to an unfamiliar community.

From an attractive dining room serving three healthful, delicious meals daily – with special dietary needs readily met – to comfortable lounges for relaxing and friends and family, The Height’s gracious common areas offer a wealth of choices.
